Quality and testing

Axeon’s design and manufacturing system is set up to meet the high reliability criteria of automotive companies with full component and process traceability.  Axeon is familiar with the quality needs and standards of its OEM customers by whom it has also been audited and approved.

All cells are bar-coded to ensure full traceability.  Cells are subject to extensive cell testing on arrival, which includes capacity, voltage and impedance testing.  Finished automotive battery systems receive range tests as well as full inspection and electrical checks.

Our quality policy is to achieve customer satisfaction by providing competitive products and solutions on time, building quality into all our operations relating to the design and manufacture of custom power solutions and battery management systems including embedded software and continually reviewing and improving the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.
