Axeon is a leading technology developer, designer and manufacturer of complete Lithium-ion battery systems for Electric and Hybrid Electric vehicles (EVs and HEVs).

Electric vehicles powered by Axeon’s Lithium-ion battery systems have to date driven over 500,000 miles on European and US roads.

Axeon currently produces batteries in production volume for two of the UK's leading EV suppliers, Modec and Allied Vehicles. 

In addition, we have designed, produced and delivered several prototype Lithium-ion batteries for a very diverse range of Electric and Hybrid Electric vehicles, including:

Key to the outstanding performance, reliability, consistency and safety of these Lithium-ion batteries is an effective Battery Management System (BMS).  As well as monitoring state of charge, managing cell optimisation and ensuring safety, Axeon’s BMS is designed to fully integrate and communicate with the vehicle CAN bus for optimal vehicle performance over many miles and a warranted number of charge-discharge cycles.
