Batteries

We work with customers to specify the right type of battery for the application, providing a bespoke solution for your needs. We design and manufacture batteries for a wide range of applications, from low-power low-capacity batteries for industrial, leisure and medical uses, to high-power high-capacity batteries for use in electric and hybrid electric vehicles. Our range goes from as little as 1 or 2 watts right up to 180 kWhr, and from 2.4 Volts to 614 Volts. 
We use a range of cell chemistries, including Lithium Iron Phosphate and Lithium NCM, both suitable for electric vehicles.

Our battery packs are subject to a rigorous testing regime to automotive level. This covers environmental, electromagnetic, bump and vibration testing.

Features of our battery packs include voltage control and overcharge protection, SOC-SOH monitoring and control, and mechanical robustness and protection against vibration, shock and crush. These ensure that Axeon battery packs deliver safe, durable performance.
